Welcome to nosa4d ("we," "us," "our," or the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and nosa4d governing your access to and use of our online gaming platform, including all associated services, games, and features available at https://nosa4d.cam.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using the nosa4d platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. 4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account with nosa4d, you must complete the online registration form with accurate and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You will be required to create a unique username and secure password.

4.2 Account Verification

nosa4d operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification policy. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit the following documents:

• Valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or Passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Selfie photograph holding your identity document next to your face

Verification typically completes within 4-24 hours. Accounts that remain unverified for more than 30 days may be subject to deposit and betting restrictions.

4.3 Account Security

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

nosa4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia, Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 25,000 to Rp 50,000. Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI) process instantly during banking hours (typically Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 WIB). Deposits submitted outside banking hours will process on the next business day.

nosa4d does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be submitted through your account dashboard. Withdrawals can only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier:

• Bronze/Silver: Rp 50,000,000 per day
• Gold: Rp 100,000,000 per day
• Platinum/Diamond: Rp 250,000,000 per day
• Black Diamond: No daily limit (custom arrangements)

Withdrawal processing times average 1-24 hours for verified accounts using BCA or BRI. Other banks may take up to 48 hours. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification and may take longer (up to 72 hours) due to additional security checks.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Deposits not used for betting cannot be withdrawn immediately to prevent money laundering. All deposits must be wagered at least 1x (one time) before withdrawal eligibility. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion terms.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on nosa4d are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of each bet before submission.

In the event of obvious technical errors, including but not limited to incorrect odds display, system malfunctions, or human error in odds compilation, nosa4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at our sole discretion.

6.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. For football (bandar bola) matches, results are settled based on the score at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus stoppage time) unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included unless explicitly stated in the market description.

If a sporting event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.

6.3 Lottery Games (Togel)

Togel (lottery) results are settled based on official draw announcements from the respective lottery organizations (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). Results are typically published within 15 minutes of the official draw time.

If an official draw is canceled or postponed, all bets on that draw will be voided and stakes refunded. Bets placed after the official draw cutoff time will be automatically voided.

6.4 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, live dealer games, table games) operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing agencies. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

In live dealer games, the dealer's decision is final in all matters of game conduct and rule interpretation. Disconnections during live games are handled according to standard casino protocols, with incomplete hands/rounds typically voided.

10. Limitation of Liability

nosa4d is not responsible for losses resulting from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control
• Errors in third-party game providers' software or results
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by banks or payment service providers

In no event shall nosa4d's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

In the event of account closure, nosa4d will return any remaining real-money balance after deducting applicable fees, pending bet settlements, and any amounts owed to nosa4d. Bonus funds and promotional credits are non-refundable and will be forfeited upon closure.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closures are subject to a 7-day processing period during which any pending bets must be settled.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable in our licensing jurisdiction.
